No, placement is not guaranteed. Our goal is to match the candidate with the exact employer requirements. However, the final hiring decisions come from the employer only. They coordinate with us their decisions, which in turn are communicated to the applicants. If all certifications, work experience, and legal requirements are met, the company usually hires the candidate applicant.
- For all European countries, the visa type D is issued by the relevant consulate of the country where the employment company is based. This visa entitles the candidate to legally work in that country for the employment company as per the visa length. This visa is not issued for longer than one year.

No, there is no placement fee. We only collect documentation, processing, and relocation fees that benefit the employees. In addition, a reasonable professional services fee is billed or charged to the applicant once the work permit and visa documents get approved.
No, we do not. It depends on the employing company and the specific employment contract. At times certain companies provide free accommodation and food during the job, and certain companies deduct a nominal fee from the salary to avail accommodation through them.
As an agency, we only tie-up with reputable and established companies. We ensure not to work with any run-of-the-mill employers who do not fulfill the conditions as promised by the candidates.
For employment with European companies, you need to have good spoken communication skills in the English Language as there is no requirement of clearing a formal English Language test. Generally, there is always a requirement to have the candidature supported with an IELTS result with a minimum of 5.5 bands in UK. Still, it is dependent on the job profile.
